At Green Pea Design we offer a wide range of creative services including graphics design, website design, photography and illustration. • Weekly security scan. This scan searches for any malware or intrusions into the website software. If anything is identified it is removed and cleaned.
• Server Backups. Our servers are backed up every day.
• Site Backups. If a server goes down, backups can restore the data but can take time. This service performs a specific WordPress backup each month for each site which provides a quick way to restore the site in case anything happens with the site files.
• WordPress core updates. Each month sites are scanned to make sure the WordPress core software is updated.
• If a new release is available we login and perform the update. WordPress is secure as long as it is current. Some updates can be automated, but larger significant releases are typically done manually requiring us to login into each site.
• WordPress plugin and theme updates. Each WordPress site is built using any number of individual plugins and themes that provide extra features which make WordPress such a powerful platform. These plugins and themes require updating in order to make them secure and to make sure they remain compatible with the core software. We login to each site and check plugins at least once a month to make sure all plugins are updated.
Your deadline is our specialty. Green Pea Design will not make a promise to you on a deadline if we can not guarantee it. The designers at Green Pea Design are trained to be highly efficient and collaborate as a team resulting in top-notch graphics with quick turn-around.
We made the decision to be a remote company, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have an office you can visit when needed.
